Early check in is subject to availability and we kindly ask you to please request it in advance. A member of our team will always be available to respond and help you organising it for you. The fee for early check in is 35 euros.
Late check out is subject to availability and we kindly ask you to please ask us in advance or at least 2-3 days before your departure in order to organise it and confirm it on time. A member of our team will always be available to respond and help you organising it for you.The fee for late check out is 35 euros from 11am until 2 pm and 55 euros from 11 am until 6 pm.
The damage deposit has a range between 200 euros and 1500 euros. We charge 1500 for Villas and 200 – 500 euros for 1-3 bedrooms apartments. The damage deposit is usually refunded between 7 and 10 working days from your check out date.
The Wi-fi password can be found in the Guidebook of the property in section WiFi / Internet Details. The Guidebook is usually sent prior to arrival, in case you will not be able to identify it, please contact us directly and we are happy to assist you.
We offer airport transfer, if you wish to book directly with our company please visit the link https://www.roomservices.one/airporttransfer fill in the form with your personal details and flight number. Our team will arrange immediately the transfer for you and send you a confiramation.
The total cost for the transfer one way is: 80 euros from Malaga to Marbella & 90 euros from Malaga to Estepona. We also offer transfer from Gibraltar Airport to Estepona or Marbella.
Absolutely, we can arrange baby cot in your holiday home for a small fee of 5 euros/ day/ baby cot. The baby chair costs 3 euros /day /chair. We kindly ask you to please request it in advance to avoid any delays on your arrival.
We can certainly provide it, if you wish daily cleaning this must be on request and it has a cost of 22 euros/hour/ cleaning person. This doesn’t include the change of bed linen and towels.
Absolutely, we are happy to offer you the Roomservices blue and yellow beach towels for a small fee of 1.5 euros/ person/day. You may request them on our website or simply contact our team and deliver them to your door step.
The key collection is usually made in one of our offices in Marbella (Centro Plaza) or Estepona ( Avenida Puerta del Mar 60- Estepona).A member of our team is always in touch with our guests prior to their arrival to advise in which office they need to collect the keys from.
Certainly, we are happy to organise a key safety box at our offices and provide you the code where you can collect them from. The procedure is user friendly and very effective.
We are always sad to see you leaving and kindly ask you to please return the keys to our office where you have collected the key from. If you leave earlier than 11am please drop the key in the post box by our office.
